Questions
What do my customers need?
A phone with a web browser. They open the page, their code is already there, and they can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
What if a customer loses their phone?
Stamps stay on their phone until they add an email. Once they have, they sign in on the new phone with that email and everything is back. We only use their email to sign them back in. Cafés never see it.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Share your café's invite code with your team. Each person signs in with their own email, so the activity log shows who gave each stamp.
Do I need a scanner?
No. Your phone's camera reads the QR, and staff can always type the eight-character code instead. It takes a couple of seconds.
Does it work without internet?
No. Every stamp is saved the moment it's given, so both phones need a connection.
